1.Program Overview
The Conter Care Beauty Empire Ambassadors allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting our products using a unique referral link.
Affiliates may share their referral link through social media, websites, blogs, email, or other approved marketing channels.
Affiliates earn commission when a customer makes a purchase through their referral link.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the affiliate program you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Operate a website, social media account, or other marketing platform
We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our discretion.
We may remove affiliates that promote:
• illegal activity
• misleading claims
• offensive or inappropriate content
• spam marketing practices
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link used to track sales.
A sale is attributed to the affiliate whose referral link was used during the purchase process.
The Company uses third-party affiliate tracking software to record affiliate referrals.
While we strive for accurate tracking, we are not responsible for technical failures outside of our control.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn a base commission of 10% on qualifying purchases made through their referral link.
The Company may introduce additional commission tiers, bonuses, or incentives in the future.
Commissions are only earned on completed and valid purchases.
5. Payment
Affiliate commissions are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month.
Payments are issued through Paypal.
A completed Form W-9 must be submitted once an affiliate earns $450 in total commissions.
Payments may be withheld until required tax documentation is provided.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Fraud
If an order is refunded, canceled, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, the Company reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions associated with that order.
This does not apply when a refund is issued as the result of a Company error or fault, including but not limited to:
• damaged shipments
• shipping errors
• fulfillment mistakes
Affiliates may not place fraudulent orders or attempt to manipulate commissions through self-purchases or other deceptive activity.
Any suspected fraud may result in immediate termination from the program.
7. Personal Affiliate Discount
Affiliates receive a personal product discount equal to their commission percentage (currently 10%).
Affiliate discounts are intended for personal use only.
Products purchased with an affiliate discount may not be resold or used for commercial resale purposes.
You will be given a discount code for your personal use which remains active when sales are generated within a 90 day period. If no sales are generated in 90 days the code is deactivated until your next sale comes in.
8. Brand Use
Affiliates may state that they are:
• a Conter Care affiliate
• partnered with Conter Care Beauty Essentials
Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of the Company.
Affiliates may not create domains, social media accounts, or branding that impersonates or appears to represent Conter Care Beauty Essentials.
9. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Conter Care Beauty Essentials when promoting products.
Acceptable disclosures include phrases such as:
• “Affiliate link”
• “I may earn a commission”
• “Partnered with Conter Care”
Disclosures may appear in captions, posts, livestreams, or other promotional content.
10. Prohibited Marketing Activities
Affiliates may not:
• use spam email marketing
• run paid ads bidding on Conter Care brand keywords
• post affiliate links on coupon aggregation sites
• create misleading product claims
• impersonate the brand
The Company reserves the right to remove affiliates who violate these rules.
11. Product Launch Confidentiality
Affiliates may occasionally receive early access to new products.
Affiliates may not disclose or promote unreleased products until the Company has publicly announced the launch or given permission to share.
12. Program Changes
The Company may update affiliate commissions, benefits, or program policies at any time.
Affiliates will be notified prior to significant changes.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Termination
Either the Company or the Affiliate may terminate participation in the program at any time.
Upon termination:
• referral links will be deactivated
• unpaid commissions may be temporarily withheld while transactions are verified
The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or losses resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
Our total liability shall not exceed commissions earned by the affiliate within the previous twelve months.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
